I'm still of Chinese descendant
(still have my grandpa homevillage 家乡;)
most of my family can speak/read mandarin (don't know why my Dad didn't teach/speak mandarin with me ^^; )
so yeah, a bit late, but picking it up :)
Feel free to write in mandarin (its helping me practice as well) ;)
